Church REGISTRATION

For Church Leaders only. This should not be filled out by a student or parent. Every church must register for the camp it hopes to attend. Church Registration will open in March.

Student/Leader registration

Student and Leader Registrations will open on April 1st for all camps. Talk to your main youth leader about what camp your church is attending.

FAQ

Camps are split up by grade.  A camper’s grade is based on the grade they will be going into the next school year.

KIDS Camp: 2nd-6th

The Crossing Retreat Center, 1006 N Airport Rd, Lexington NE, 68850

All medications should be turned in to your church’s main leader upon arrival at camp. From there, we’ll store them securely in the nurse’s station. Medications will be distributed during breakfast, lunch, and dinner. If your student has a nighttime medication, it will need to be taken before heading back to the dorms.

If your student’s medication needs to be taken at a time outside of these scheduled windows, please be sure to note that in the “Special Instructions” section of the Medical Form. We’ll do our best to accommodate any specific needs.

Send any letters or packages for your camper with a leader to be turned in at Camp Check-In.

This is the best way to ensure that the mail will reach the camper at the correct time.

Include the following information on the envelope/package:

  • Camper Name
  • Camp Attending
  • Date to be given (on the back of the envelope)

If you are unable to send letters/packages to be turned in at camp check-in you can send items by mail. Please send items at least one week prior to the date the item should be received. NSM is not responsible for letters/packages that do not arrive on time.
